Database compatibility

No destructive migration is required from the recent v1.x line. Existing storage is preserved. v2.0.0 adds three idempotent Operations tables and keeps the old public permission/export behavior unless explicitly expanded in this documentation.

Upgrade rule

Install the complete v2.0.0 resource and merge intentional values into the new config/ files. Do not overwrite the new configuration directory with an older copy; config/operations.lua is required for the new systems.
