Compact item notifications for rewards, crafting and received items.

Applies to: Nord Inventory v2.0.0

Current defaults:

Config.ItemNotifications = {
    Enabled = true,
    Receive = true,
    Duration = 1800,
    MaxVisible = 8
}

Different item notifications can be visible simultaneously. Repeated feedback for the same item is merged into the visible card. MaxVisible caps concurrent cards and the oldest is replaced first when the cap is reached.
