Opt-in rarity configuration in Admin Studio.

Applies to: Nord Inventory v2.0.0

Rarity is not forced onto every item. An item can opt into a configured level and an individual instance can override the base level through metadata when AllowMetadataOverride = true.

Current levels: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary.
