Manual Purchases

Paid products using the Manual payment provider use a buyer/developer conversation flow.

Customer flow

1. Open the product.
2. Start the purchase.
3. A purchase conversation is created.
4. Discuss the purchase with the seller/workspace.
5. The workspace grants access after the payment or agreement is confirmed.

Access grant

When access is granted:

• The product license becomes active.
• The product is associated with the customer's Forge Key.
• The purchase thread is updated.
• The customer receives a notification.
• The product appears in My Products.

The product must have a published release file before access can be granted.
