Core item fields and DB-authoritative editing workflow.

Admin Studio supports quick creation and detailed editing. Depending on the item, common fields include:
canonical item name and label;
category;
weight/stack/close behavior;
image and presentation properties;
internal/external use behavior;
metadata defaults/schema/display rules;
durability and expiration/lifecycle behavior;
container settings;
rarity;
provider ownership/source state.
After a DB-backed admin edit, the database definition is intended to remain authoritative across restarts instead of being overwritten by a runtime registration using the same canonical name.
