# Free Products

Products with a price of `0` are delivered automatically.

When a customer claims a free product, Nord Forge:

1. Creates or reuses the active product license.
2. Associates the product with the customer's Forge Key.
3. Adds the product to **My Products**.
4. Records the free grant.
5. Sends a customer notification.

No manual seller approval is required for a normal free product.
